Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you if there is a significant delay in the dispatch of your order.

SECTION 2 - DELIVERY TIMELINES

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes approximately 5–8 business days, depending on your delivery location. Orders being shipped to Tier 2, Tier 3 cities and remote areas may take additional time. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed, as the final delivery is carried out by third-party courier partners.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Selected products may qualify for free shipping, as indicated on the relevant product page or promotional banner.

SECTION 4 - CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on most serviceable pin codes across India. Where COD is selected, you agree to pay the full order amount in cash to the courier representative at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to limit or withdraw the COD option for certain products, locations, or orders at our sole discretion.

SECTION 5 - ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via SMS and/or email using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate contact and shipping information so that we can complete delivery and contact you as needed.

SECTION 6 - DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, incorrect or incomplete address details, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or operational disruptions. We shall not be held liable for delays arising from such circumstances. In the event of an undeliverable or returned shipment due to repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the order, we reserve the right to handle the order in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 - INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.
